The subject of the Bachelor thesis is project of a family house, which has been elaborated as a design documentation contailing all requisites conforming to the valid regulations. It is a two above ground house with one floor and a basement. The object is located in the Uhřínov plot number 1635/42. The building is covered by a set of two shed roof. The building is designed for a family of four members.

Administrative building

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of administrative building in Brno. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the south-east. The building is L-shaped and it is designed as a two-storey, partly with a cellar. The perimeter bearing masonry of the above-ground floors is designed from ceramic blocks of thickness 300 mm and the internal bearing masonry of thickness 250 mm. After that the basement masonry is made of concrete blocks thickness 300 mm cast in concrete. Internal non-bearing masonry made of ceramic blocks thickness 115 mm. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact insulation system of EPS material. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as a ceramic prefabricated rib-and-filler floor with concrete grout. The stairs are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof is warm flat roof with an extensive vegetation layer.

The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with design office in the newly pulled over territory. The building is located in Svetla nad Sázavou on the outskirts of the town. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop - design office designed for the homeowner. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building system Heluz. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 7 %. Roofing is skived Lindab Click metal. The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.

The thesis deals with a project documentation of a low energy house for family of up to six persons. The house is located at the foothills of Jeseníky mountains. The object is designed as a two-storey building, with a cellar, standing in a sloping ground. There is a saddle roof. The south facade is roofed, glassed terrace. The nord shelter protect the house from the effects of weather.

ABSTRACT The scope of this Diploma thesis is create the detail design documentation for building of new nursery school in Zbýšov. The two-storey building with partial basement is located southwest and has a regular ground plan. There are four departments for children of the age from 3 to 6 years, administration part with language classroom and speech therapy classroom, offices and facilities for teachers, cafeteria and technical part located on the first floor. The building is constructed of Porotherm 30 Profi, Porotherm 30 AKU bricks and is built on concrete strip foundations. The perimeter of the basement is created by the vertical load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete bricks. There is used the certified external thermal insulation composite system. The internal non-load masonry is designed from Porotherm 14 Profi and Porotherm 11,5 AKU. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling construction is made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete panel Spiroll. The stairs are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete. The flat roofs are designed with using of extensive green roof system.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a two-storey non-cellar family home with design offices. The object is placed in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Polička, k. u. Polička. The House is suitable for permanent living capacity of 5 persons. In the design office can work for up to 3 employees. Entrance to the building is designed as a barrier. The structural system is the brick, ceramic blocks Porotherm. Cladding is leaving the contact insulation system made of EPS. Ceiling construction and internal dividing walls are designed from a system Porotherm. The object consists of roofing flat roof. The facade is in white colour, supplemented by ochre tones. Fill the holes with the plastic, are designed as heat insulating triple glazing, color light beech. The House is equipped with a garage for two cars, for the needs of the design office staff serves a small parking area on a plot near the object.

The structural system is made of clay masonry Porotherm and the floor structure is made of Porotherm BN. The family house is designed for permanent residence of a family up to five people. Project documentation is processed in compliance with current applicable laws, regulations and standards.
